Tobi-ishi, 36"x12" (framed)
Tobi-ishi is a 36”x12”x1.5” original ink painting on Claybord. Stepping stones are called "tobi-ishi" in Japan and can be found in gardens leading up to a tea house. Navigating the stones allows a transitional time to clear one's mind before entering the house for tea. This is a great size for a tight spot such as an entranceway. Signed and dated en verso, hand-applied UV varnishes, ready to hang. A white hardwood floater frame and shipping costs are included in the sales price.
